Yes, according to Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to cancel the contract within seven days of receipt of the goods. Please note that this period is not a trial period, but rather a time for you to evaluate whether to keep the product. If you cancel the contract according to the law, we will refund you, but any related handling fees (such as shipping) will be your responsibility. Yes, since TRACEY CHEN sources materials directly from their origin and they are handcrafted by experienced artisans, some products may sell out after a specific period. Delivery Times: After shipping, Black Cat Express typically takes about 3-5 working days, while 7-11 may take about 5-10 working days.
Deliveries occur Monday to Friday between 13:00 - 17:00, with no deliveries on holidays.
Delays may occur due to holiday seasons, high order volumes, or force majeure events.
For home delivery, actual delivery conditions will depend on the courier company.
For convenience store pickup, please watch for the arrival notification and collect your item within 5 days. Failure to pick up may result in shipping fees being incurred at your expense.
• Is cash on delivery available?
TRACEY CHEN's official website does not offer cash on delivery. You can purchase products directly at TRACEY CHEN stores.
• Is there free shipping for the entire store?
Free shipping is available for orders over NT$8,000 shipped to Taiwan. Orders below this amount will incur a shipping fee of NT$100-150 based on the logistics company's requirements.
• Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we use Chunghwa Post for overseas shipping. Shipping to Asia (Hong Kong, Macau, Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asia) costs NT$680; for other continents (North America, Europe, Oceania), it costs NT$1,280. Using SF Express, shipping to Asia costs NT$780; to other continents, it costs NT$2,100.
