  • 方法1：請拿直尺測量平常佩戴的戒指內圍直徑。
  • 方法2：測量配戴的手指寬處，再對照下圖表即可知道您的戒圍尺寸。

取一段寬約0.5公分的紙條纏繞手指，得出的長度即是您的戒圍內周長。測量時請拉緊以免產生誤差，測量結果如介於兩個戒圍之間，請選擇比較小的尺寸。(建議晚上測量，是手指圍最大的時間，比較不失准確度。)
